Haus Genoveffa ist eine typische venezianische Konstruktion Ende achtzehnten Jahrhunderts, völlig renoviert. Eingesetzt in einer alten venezianischen „Calle“, unter den Häusern der Ansässigen, erlaubt sie den Gästen, die Rhythmen und die typischen Sitten der Bevölkerung der Lagune zu kosten. Ihre dicke Mauer macht sie einen frischen Raum im Sommer und einen warmen Raum im Winter.
Ihre Lage ist strategisch, da sie 10 Minuten von den berühmtesten Orten der Stadt entfernt ist und den ganzen Charme ihrer Wurzeln erhält. Sie liegt nämlich auf einer Zone, die von dem Massentourismus nicht überwältigt wurde, aber mit allen Bequemlichkeiten, um einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in voller Bequemlichkeit und Vertraulichkeit zu verbringen. Nur drei Minuten davon entfernt liegt nämlich ein sehr sortierter Supermarkt für die Einkäufe jedes Tages. Dagegen können die leckersten Leute zehn Minuten zu Fuß entlang Fondamenta Santa Eufemia, Richtung „Mulino Stucky“, die Köstlichkeiten der sehr berühmten Konditorei Cipriani schmecken.
Für die romantischsten Leute kann der Anblick des Sonnenuntergangs auf den Giudeccakanal absolut nicht fehlen: er ist spektakulär in jeder Jahreszeit.
