General Information
Palladio Hotel & SPA is a rare jewel in Venice, an amazing building designed in the 16th century by the world-renowned Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio. The property is located on the Giudecca Island just in front of the San Marco basin. The hotel has a warm and welcoming dcor with a soft colour palette of pastels. Each of its spacious rooms, beautifully detailed with the finest paint decoration and elegant tapestries, maintain the original atmosphere of this historic structure. The property features the philosophy of the Bauer group hotels, and offers a variety of first-class amenities such as a bar, a restaurant, a garden, and congress facilities for up to 160 people. In addition, a daily private shuttle service takes you to the Bauer hotel in San Marco sestriere. Guests can dine at the Palladio Garden Bar, open every day from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., offering various light snacks and drinks served either indoors or out in the courtyard facing the private garden. The Garden Restaurant is open from Thursday to Sunday between 7 p.m. and 10.30 p.m., and also offers indoor or outdoor dining. Otherwise, just five minute boat ride away is the award winning gourmet restaurant De Pisis at the Bauer, with its terrace overlooking the Canal Grande, offering a wide choice of international dishes. Due to open in Spring 2007, the hotel's Spa will offer guests a wide variety of high quality services, including specialised massages and beauty treatments.
