General Information
Das traditionsreiche, 1950 vom Berführer Marco Pession und seiner Frau Leontina Gaspard (Tochter vom berühmten Bergführer Joseph Gaspard) eröffnete Hotel, steht im alten Dorfkern von Valtournenche an der Hauptstrasse (8 Km weit von Breuil-Cervinia). Das 16-Zimmer-Haus ist nach vollständiger Renovierung vom Enkel des Gründers im August ’99 wiedereröffnet worden.
Liebvoll, und unter Berücksichtigung der örtlichen Traditionen, enstand ein äusserst geschmackvolles Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind fast ausschliesslich mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet und verfügen über Holzfussböden. Alle haben moderne Badezimmer mit Haartrockner, sowie Telefon una Sat-TV.
Mittelpunkt des Hotels ist das gemütliche Kaminzimmer mit Couchecken und Bibliothek. Im Erdgeschoss der ebenfalls nett hergerichtete Frühstücksraum (reich-haltiges Buffet) mit Bar (auf Wunsch werden besondere Abende mit lokalen Spezialitäten wie "Pierrade" , Käse-Fondue, frischen Pastagerichten usw. organisiert). Ausserdem auch Sauna und Massageduche (Bezahlung), Massage Raum und Garage (Bezahlung). Aufzug über alle Etagen. Halbpension möglich in unserer Brasserie
