Il Corso is situated on a beautiful hill top 800 mts above sea level on the borders of Tuscany and Umbria. From here you can easily reach places of interest in both Tuscany and Umbria, Siena, Florence, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi. Lake Trasimeno with beaches, watersports and an enchanting island, accessible by a short boat trip, is within an hours drive. For longer trips, such as Rome, Arezzo (45 mins by car) has excellant rail links. The nearest village is Lippiano (5kms) and at Monterchi (7kms) you will find a selection of shops including a well stocked Supermarket.
Above all Il Corso is a place appreciated by people who like peace and tranquillity. There are many beautiful walks in the area and for those who like cycling mountain bikes are available free of charge. The swimming pool (6*12 mts) is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by natural beauty of unspoilt countryside.
