General Information
Das Agnello d'Oro ist ein reizendes Hotel, das sich in einer antiken und pittoresken Allee im historischen Zentrum von Genua befindet. Das Gebäude von Vico delle Monachette, wo das Hotel liegt, wurde im Jahr 1580 gebaut und war einst Kloster der Teresiane Scalze.
Mit den originellen großen Fenstern, die den Innenhof überblicken und ein Gesims von 150 cm haben, hat das Hotel die Struktur des antiken Klosters beibehalten.
Das Gebäude wurde von der adligen Maddalena Centuriona in 1840 in eine Schule umgewandelt, die bis 1849 geöffnet blieb.
Heute, komplett renoviert und mit seinen schönen und hellen Räumlichkeiten und den modernen Einrichtungen, erinnert das Hotel noch an alte Zeiten. Aus den Fenstern im Dachgeschoss können Gäste die atemberaubende, panoramische Aussicht auf das Stadtzentrum und den antiken Hafen genießen.
