General Information
"La Residenza del Duca" ist ein kleines Hotel, erhalten nach einer gewissenhaften Renovierung von einem Teil eines alten adligen Palastes des 16. Jahrhunderts, dessen Grundbau aus dem Mittelalter ist. Der alte Palast, wo "La Residenza del Duca" - nämlich "Die Residenz des Herzogs" - ist, war est im Jahre 954 ein Teil eines sogenannten "hospitium domorum", das heißt, eines architektonischen Gebäudekomplexes, der eine palastartige Struktur vorwies und einmal einer einzigen adligen Familie gehörte.
Carmela und Gerardo - die Leiter des Hotels "La Residenza del Duca" - sind der Meinung, dass der angenehme Gast "wie zu Hause fühlen darf"; deshalb sind die angebotenen Dienste unter die modernsten, um einen möglichst komfortablen Aufenthalt gewährzuleisten: badzimmer mit dusche mit gerüsteter hydromassagesäule, haartrockner, satelliten-farbfernsehen, PC - verbindung, minibar, geldschrank, telefon mit direktem wählen, balkon oder sorgfältig ausgestattene terrasse mit blick aufs meer beziehungsweise auf das historische Stadtzentrum.
