Emilia Romagna is the region that holds the record for the highest number of European quality endorsements in Italy. Noteworthy also are its artisan craftsmanship and industrial design: the Ferrari works at Maranello, and the ceramics of Faenza whose artists are famous the world over for the quality and design of their objects.
