Mollia - Vercelli in Piemonte
Dieser Ort besteht aus kleinen Ansammlungen von Häusern, die mit Ausnahme von Otra Sesia, das sich rechts befindet, fast alle am linken Ufer des Sesia stehen. Der Ort entwickelte sich im Schutze der Berge, genau an jener Stelle, an der das Tal sich verengt und vom Gipfel des Sajunché beherrscht wird.
Dieser Ort liegt in der Nähe einer Lawinentrasse, die das Tal auf der Höhe von Isolello, wo ein Lawinenschutz errichtet wurde, viele Jahre isoliert hat; aus diesem Grund hat Ravelli diesen Ort so beschrieben: „… ein kleines tollkühnes Dorf, das die Wut der Berge herausgefordert hat und sich dort angesiedelt hat, fast am Lawinenhang, wie ein unvorsichtiger Schelm, der der Gefahr die lange Nase zeigt …“ Auf dem Hauptplatz befindet sich die Pfarrkirche, „Parrocchiale di San Giovanni Battista“ (Hl. Johannes der Täufer); sie wurde 1657 als einfache Kirche erbaut und wurde 1734 zur Pfarrkirche. Sie enthält zahlreiche Werke von Orgiazzi.
